Ali started her aesthetic nursing career working in cosmetic surgery with multiple body and facial plastic surgeons. She provided perioperative care and assisted in surgery over the years in order to gain a deeper knowledge of what lies beneath the surface of the skin. Her love for facial aesthetics flourished and while working in the operating room she simultaneously trained to become a Nurse Injector. She continued gaining experience in facial aesthetics and perfecting her craft while attending graduate school at Loyola University. She obtained her masters and is a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in evaluating and consulting with patients on how they can restore a more youthful appearance, naturally, with injectables. Botox and Dysport are two of her “must-haves” to help prevent fine lines, wrinkles, and aging.

“I love what I do and enjoy helping clients improve their appearance and confidence. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a transformation that translates into happiness and improved self-confidence.”

Alexandria says, “I enjoy serving as an advocate for my patients and building relationships with them. My favorite words to live by are from the founder of modern nursing, Florence nightingale:

Nursing is an art: and if it is to be made and art, it requires an exclusive devotion as hard a preparation as any painter’s or sculptor’s work.”

I believe this motto embodies the many forms of nursing – especially for Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners – “who require a sensitive devotion to patients’ safety, working together as a team, listening to their concerns, and helping them achieve realistic desired results” she says.

Alexandria incorporates patient education in her aesthetic services and promises continued care throughout her lifetime as a provider.

In her spare time, Alexandria enjoys traveling. She also loves exercising and reading since she is always seeking more education on innovative techniques in aesthetic medicine. When not traveling, being active, or continuing her education, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She enjoys trying new restaurants, attending Panthers Football games, and exploring the city of Charlotte. She also is a volunteer at Hope Heals summer camp, an organization that provides Christ-centered resources, relationships, and a respite for individuals and families affected by disability.

Tiffany is an advanced cosmetic Nurse Practitioner, specializing primarily in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Since transitioning into aesthetic nursing, she has trained extensively with both national Allergan and Galderma trainers to perfect techniques and hone her injectable skills. In addition to her ample injectable knowledge, Tiffany has years of experience incorporating techniques to refresh and rejuvenate the facial appearance, including utilizing platelet rich plasma, microneedling, and dermaplaning.

“I adore the work I do! I am absolutely humbled to be able to provide patients with the tools they need to feel and look their best. It fills my heart to know I have the honor to foster lasting connections and relationships with my patients where we laugh together, cry together, and love those new lips together! I always want my patients to feel that they’re in a warm and caring environment where they can share their goals and aesthetic ambitions. Each encounter is such a pleasure and a privilege, as I help each patient realize those beautiful aesthetic ambitions.”

Prior to entering the aesthetic industry and later opening Meraki Aesthetics, Tiffany worked in a variety of medical specialties including hospice care and special needs nursing for children with cerebral palsy. While she has enjoyed every aspect of her nursing career, she is most proud of serving as a critical care cardiac nurse where she pursued her passion to care for patients in an acute healthcare setting.

Having graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Tiffany knew she was called to pursue higher education by completing her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. While Tiffany has earned her first graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, her ultimate goal is to finish her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

“I just love the idea of constantly learning and improving! I’m always on the hunt to learn about new techniques and ideas!”

Health and fitness both play a major role in Tiffany’s life as you can often find her at the gym, weightlifting and doing cardio. When she can find time to herself, however, Tiffany enjoys writing as well — “I have a little goal of publishing a book one day!” Ultimately, Tiffany’s world revolves around providing her patients with excellent results and amazing care.
